About our Client
This Australian ASX gold production and exploration company have multiple operations throughout Australia and overseas. With solid exploration prospects in hand and mine sites with a lengthly life, now is the time to come on board with this company as Maintenance Superintendent.

Job Description
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be tasked with the following and more:
  • Supervise maintenance team on shift.
  • Strive to improve the maintenance operational effectiveness.
  • Assist in budget forecasting and reporting.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders within the business and ensure effective communication of maintenance plans and strategies.
  • Ensure CMMS is utilised and all assets are up to date.
  • Occasional site travel to other pre-commissioned sites.
  
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to management.
  • Proven track record (at least 3 years) in a leadership role in maintenance.
  • Trade Certificate or tertiary qualification.
  • Previous knowledge in gold mining would be desirable.
  • Competent in CMMS and running reports.
