The Company 
You will enjoy working for one of Australia's most prominent manufacturers of materials handling equipment. As an industry leading company they specialise in the design and manufacturing of high quality, high performance bulk materials handling equipment for the agricultural, mining and manufacturing industries.

The Role 
As the Production Manager, you will manage and supervise a team of up to 20 production staff. You will rise to the challenge of meeting production and quality outcomes, your ability to plan and schedule all work will ensure a successful flow of equipment. Your proven experience in production environment coupled with your knowledge of materials handling equipment will assist your transition into the role. 

Skills and Experience:

• Proven supervisory or management experience 
• Experience in production, metals or fabrication is desired 
• Strong mechanical aptitude 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate on all levels 
• Knowledge of workshop equipment and how to use them 
• Proven production planning and scheduling experience 
• Ability to think outside the square
