This job is so much more that simply organising work, and applying people and equipment to jobs, it is equally about our obsession with safety, customer service and team work. Often you’ll also supervise subcontractors in addition to your own team. The teams generally operate in metro areas, yet some country work is required from time to time.
For leaders in distribution lines, you’ll generally have a crew of 12 electrical mechanics technicians supporting you.

You’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, from new build and construct, to maintenance and modification to emergency response for HV/LV both overhead and in ground assets. Naturally you’ll be assigned to the area of your expertise and a location nearest to your home. Some travel is required from time to time depending on your team and work loads.
Prior experience within the contractor market or with other electrical distribution/transmission authorities will be well regarded. Assessment and local trade recognition can be provided.

There are any number of possible backgrounds that could suit,but you MUST HAVE a cert 3 Distribution, including; electrical, electrician, Liney, linesman, Mining, Line worker, Live Line, Sub station, power, Lineman, generation, maintenance, HV/LV High voltage, rigger, cable jointing, live liney, industrial electrician, Mining, FIFO, crew leader, supervisor, team leader, electrician mechanic, rail, railway, mining industry electrical construction supervisor
