Maintenance Foreman

An exciting job opportunity exists with one of Australia’s leading contractors to the Mining and Oil & Gas industries for a Civil Site Foreman in the Mackay Region.  This dynamic opportunity offers an excellent salary package including company vehicle, phone, laptop, is offered on a 10/4 roster and will offer the right candidate an opportunity to develop their career.
 
With extensive experience in a Civil Site Foreman role in either a mining or oil & gas environment you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the civil works project with particular focus on Bulk earthworks, drainage and pavement construction.  As a demonstrated leader on site you will also be responsible for ensuring a high focus on safety and quality and ensuring the project completion is on time and within budget.
 
Relevant Civil experience on major Mining or Oil & Gas projects coupled with the technical knowledge to understand engineering plans are crucial requirements for this role.  Your effective communication, organisational and leadership skills assist in managing multiple tasks simultaneously in this fast paced position.
