HSEC Advisor

This is an opportunity to work with a contractor who provides equipment and solution to the mining industry in a Perth based position with regular site travel.
 
This global organisation provides both technology and maintenance solutions to the mining industry. In the business of both sales and services this organisation has grown along with the mining industry. Priding itself on the safety of its solution this organisation is now looking to expand their safety team.
 
Your role as the HSEC advisor will see you based in the Perth workshop with regular site travel. You will develop and improve the safety management systems and procedures on a daily basis and will visit site to conduct assessments and audits and to familiarise yourself with the operations. You alongside the crew to ensure the most efficient and safe way to work both on site and in the workshop.
 
You will have experience in a similar type role in the mining industry and have completed the Certificate IV Occupational Health & Safety. Cert IV in TAA or TAE is desirable. Proven understanding of current OHS legislation and training in OHS systems is desirable.
