Job Description
As part of the Real Estate and Facilities
department, the position manages tenant services at the site in accordance with
agreed to service types, levels and costs. Position develops/manages systems
and process to ensure that services are in compliance with corporate standards
and applicable laws/regulations. Position ensures implementation of site goals
and day to day compliance and leadership for behaviour-based safety programs.
Includes a very high level of interaction with Business Unit personnel to
ensure good communications and service satisfaction, including troubleshooting
and problem resolution.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
•Overall
management of mail and courier services; janitorial and cleaning services;
client work order management; office equipment services; service center
supplies; catering, vending, kitchen equipment Daily interfaces with all levels
of business unit personnel determining requirements and mobilizing internal and
external resources accordingly.
•Implements
management processes to ensure day to day compliance using behaviour-based
safety programs
•Key client
contact managing client communications through daily interactions with all
levels of Business Unit
•Develops and
manages budgets for service areas, and administers tenant services contracts.
•Develops and
implements sustainability plans in tenant services area e.g. recycling.
•Implements
continuous improvement ideas to enhance service offering and cost
effectiveness.
