Job Details

A top mining company with offices in Gateng is urgently seeking a Legal associate to join their team.
  • Candidates must be admitted attorneys with an LLB and at least 3 years proven post-article experience in a mining environment (non-negotiable). 
  • The successful candidate will advise on mining, environmental, health and safety and commercial matters, develop, draft and interpret laws and legislation to establish enforcement procedures as well as general drafting. 
  • The candidate will also advise the company concerning business transactions, claim liability,advisability of prosecuting, legal rights and obligations and Company representation in all legal matters. 
  • This a superb opportunity to join a dynamic new environment outside of private practice!
