Project Secretary

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to fill the following position as Project Secretary.  Based in Perth CBD this role will be specifically involved in this EPCM’s mining projects team, looking for a high degree of professionalism. The role provides a high standard of service and quality, and focuses on meeting agreed expectations and deadlines whilst gaining priceless experience from some of the mining industries top professionals. This role provides high-level administrative support to several areas of the project management team. This includes supporting and implementing administrative initiatives, training documentation, project procedures and workflows.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

•  Preparation of tenders and proposals 
• Arranging domestic and international travel and accommodation/car hire documentation 
• Arranging meetings including coordinating times, sending invitations and booking of internal and external resources 
• Collation of information for monthly reports and presentations to clients 
• Maintaining confidential records and filing of reports, correspondence, statistics and related material for ease of retrieval 
• Liaising with senior project management and other staff to obtain information for special projects 

The successful candidate will possess:

• At least 15 years relevant administration experience, preferably in an Engineering or related environment 
• Strong time management skills 
• The ability to perform well under pressure as well as the capability to work autonomously will also be highly regarded 
• A high level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality of project information
