Project Controls Manager

Exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Controls Manager working for this global Tier 1 Contractor on this landmark LNG project in QLD.  Build your own team and liaise with clients whilst earning generous rates on a permanent basis.  


This world renowned EPCM is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Controls Manager to work on a large LNG project working in Brisbane. Liaising with other sectors of the controls team to provide accurate costing forecasts, progress reports and procurement issues to maximise project performance. This exciting opportunity includes important responsibilities on this large scale development for a major mining project team.


The main duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Leading the project using KPI for all areas of the project 
• Be the spokesperson to senior project staff on all project control matters 
• Accurate reporting to reduce risk and highlight future potential problems 
• Increase performance using precise cost and performance analyses 
• Review and approve all cost forecasts and progress report

As an ideal candidate you will need:

• 8+ years experience in a project control management 
• Tier 1 Contractor experience will be highly regarded 
• Experience within Oil & Gas, preferably within LNG will be highly regarded 
• Degree qualifications desirable but not essential 
• Excellent communication and notable team leading experience 
• Familiarity in major costing and planning systems
