We are working closely with a large Mining Operation in a rural area to secure them the services of a Maintenance Superintendent. This is a large production Site that promotes a 'safety first' philosophy and concentrates on the well being of its employees.

The main role will involve such responsibilities as implementing new policies and procedures, carrying our training and development programmes, setting the direction in terms of performance related strategies aswell as providing feasibility studies and maintenance schedules.

Maintenance experience is a prerequisite as is management experience on a Mine site or with a subsidiary type business.
