Job Description

- The purpose of this position is to perform the essential job duties and functions listed below with the overall objective of establishing a strategic partnership throughout the Company and support of operations demonstrated by making a positive impact on a project, department, office, or global practice through the development and implementation of programs and processes.
- Under working supervision, provides support to the human resources training/activities/ administration.
- Assists in recruitment activities by preparing written correspondence required during recruitment procedure; assembling and distributing application packets; reviewing, screening and tracking employment applications and related documents; inputting and maintaining applicant data base and scheduling interviews.
- Enters new employee data into the payroll system; processes Personnel Action Records to change employee status or salary and coordinates personnel record changes with payroll.
- Organizes and maintains the Human Resources filing system; ensures accuracy and completeness of confidential personnel files and employee records; and files and retrieves documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Job Requirements
- Non-degreed with experience in HR or Training
- May have 3-8 years of experience working within one or more HR function or HR support role
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Other Job Requirements
- Intermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the intermediate use of spreadsheets and electronic presentations.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
