Barclay Recruitment is currently representing several key national and global organizations that have opportunities for experienced Training Managers for Queensland-based local and FIFO roles.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Coordinate and manage training activities and resources
Evaluate and report on training outcomes
Develop and implement training courses when required
Develop action plans for training issues
The successful candidate must possess:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Certificate IV in OHS is desirable
Significant proven experience in a Training Management within Mining, Heavy Industry, Civil or Electrical
Experienced in delivering industry related training within the VET sector
Solid understanding of RTO management
Able to communicate and engage at all levels
