Complex geology at this site will ensure that things are kept interesting. The team is looking for a Senior that is interested in both technical and managerial aspects as well as someone who is energetic and passionate about what they do.
As the Senior Mine Geologist you will be involved in the mentoring, supervision and the motivation of the more Junior Geologists and the Graduate Geologists. You will have a high level of input into the development and progression of the Graduates.
You will also be involved in reporting, QAQC, scheduling, budget control and project work. Resource work is also part of this role which will include block modelling and grade estimation, however you are not expected to be a Resource Geologist. You will work fairly close with the exploration and projects teams also which will provide you with more people to bounce ideas off and learn from.

To be considered you will have a Bachelor of Science (Geology) or equivalent, with at least 5 years experience, previous Senior position required.
