Senior Exploration Manager

The Company
Our client are a new gold exploration and development company, they are now looking to develop a dynamic and a highly professional technical team with the initial aim to appoint to Senior Exploration Geologist.
The Ideal Person
Reporting to the Executive Director of Exploration and Development, you will be responsible for the following duties and activities:
·    Tertiary Qualification in Geology
·    A strong background in Gold Exploration
·    Complete (at times) grade control face mapping, wall mapping, back mapping
·    Significant input into strategic growth of the project
·    Highly committed and ambitious
·    Ability to demonstrate extensive experience in managing exploration
·    Evaluating gold bearing ore bodies, developing strategies and systems
·    Management and development of drill programs
·    Effective team leadership
·    Supervise, coach, train Productions Geologist
