Underground Manager of Mech Engineering

As the Manager of Mechanical Engineering you will be held responsible for ensuring the mechanical engineering and maintenance standards across the operation.  In this integral role you will drive positive outcomes which meet mechanical statutory compliance with the Coal Mines Health & Safety Act and Regulations together with the Underground Management Plans governed by this leading employer.   
 
To be considered for this position you have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and hold your NSW Certificate of Competency (Mechanical Engineering) for Underground Coal. Your previous operational and maintenance experience in underground coal will ensure you deliver on the key competencies associated with Safety, Production, KPI’s, Mines Legislation, Budgetary and Cost Control Management and the management of staff, labour hire and OEM’s.
