QA/QC Mechanical Engineer

Exciting new role for a Quality Engineer (Fabrication & Construction) to work as part of a major construction project with this respected Top Tier contractor.
Based in Henderson (just South of Perth) you will be part of a highly skilled team and be responsible for the Quality Assurance of the Topsides construction and installation activities. 
Duties will include; 
Key Tasks include; Reviewing ITPs, standards, procedures and project specifications;  Dealing with daily welding inspections and organising NDT for piping and structural welds; Updating Welding database for NDT and following up quality issues in preparation for Quality Audits.
Ideally you will have a Bachelor in Engineering or similar tertiary qualification and have previous experience as a Quality Engineer or QA Inspector on major fabrication / construction projects.
