My Client is one of Australia’s well established mining companies now looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Planner (mobile plant). The role will involve working on an exciting project based in Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career with a rapidly expanding organization
 
Working alongside the planning manager the role will involve effective planning and scheduling of weekly maintenance activities, working as part of the team to ensure all priorities and targets are met.
 
The requirements for the Maintenance Planner role are:

• Need to have a mechanical trade qualification.
• Experience in a similar role in the mining industry preferably coal.
• Ability to promote safety and safety awareness on site.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Have proficient computer skills with a strong understanding of maintenance management systems.
• Residential role with subsidised housing 
• Candidates must have the right to live and work in Australia.
