My client, a well known, highly regarded, rapidly growing mining corporation in the gold sector is seeking a Senior Surveyor for their open pit and underground mining operations
This is a residential role where you will reside in the close knit community of Kalgoorlie which boasts a lifestyle suitable for all, great schools, first class amenities and facilities.

Minimum requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Surveying
• Grade 1 authorisation mine surveying certificate
• Background experience in a senior position
• Experience with Surpac is desirable
• Have strong leadership skills

Your duties will include:

• Reporting to the Mine Superintendent
• Ensure accurate survey control and updates of mine plans
• Liaising with mine planning and production team to assist with the completion of design and development tasks
• End of month reporting
• Ensuring survey equipment is well maintained
• Surveying data capture, storage, analysis, volume calculations and reporting
