Organization Development Manager needed for a leading mining company in North West!
  • This is a fantastic opportunity for a Organization Development Manager to perform duties in training and development and Labour Legislation Compliance, Remuneration and Employee Benefits, Organizational Development, Talent & Succession Management, Recruitment & Selection, Assessments, Skills Development, Employment Equity, Employee Wellness, HR Strategy, HR Business & Operational Reviews.
  • Ideally you will have a Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Industrial Psychology or equivalent HR. 
  • A minimum of 8 years experience as OD Manager in a mining environment is essential
