Principal Resource Geologist for high profile role, sitting below the Geoscience Manager, and managing the geological consulting activities of the Perth office (10 consulting Geologists), as well as providing consulting services to the industry, including:
- Metalliferous mining geology
- Due diligence, technical reviews and audits, geological risk management, expert/specialist reports and valuation
- Project management, business improvement
Current work load is heavy, with international and local projects ranging from a large gold feasibility study for an underground mine in Asia, to open pit pre-feasibility in Western Australia.
This will allow you to focus on your team, understanding their strengths and weaknesses, and associating yourself with the particulars of this global consultancy, without the pressure of bringing in business.
Your pedigree will naturally demonstrate an established track record in consulting, site based mine geology and operations management, mine feasibility, due diligence and mining development.
20 years or more experience, with a focus on delivering innovative and high quality results within time and budget constraints. JORC Competent Person will demand a higher salary.
