Technician

Technician Job Description:

• We are currently in search of qualified Maintenance Technicians for direct hire opportunity, starting at $24/hr with full benefits after 90 days. This is heavy metal stamping facility is one of the largest tier 1 automotive suppliers in Kentucky. Do to this increase in business, primarily new Ford contracts, they are in need of multiple maintenance technicians.
• The right candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing maintenance. We are looking for individuals that have experience maintaining and installing manufacturing machinery, conveyors, and robotic cells to support the production process. This includes troubleshooting PLCs (Allen Bradley), 480 volt electrical issues, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Any experience working with robotic welders is a plus.
• With this expansion, maintenance employees are asked to work overtime. Often 5-7 days a week, 10-12 hours a day. These are direct hire positions with benefits taking effect after 90 days. The starting pay is $24/hr, and $36/hr for overtime.
