Senior Project Manager - Buildings

Work for an Australian company that has a long association with the Pilbara region and the mining sector. They have significant plans for futher development in both the Pilbara region of Western Australia and other areas in Australia. 


  • Provide scope of works and technical input in the formation of contract documents.
  • Provide regular progress reports.
  • Have technical and commercial accountability for the delivery of the scope of the position. 
  • Manage and forecast the accommodation available, accommodation and accommodation allocations on an ongoing basis across the project.
  • Follow the legislative requirements related to design, approval and construction of various buildings and structures that will apply to the scope under the project.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering and/or Project Management.
  • Minimum 15 years experience in project delivery roles or technical roles in the resources industry.
  • Experience in the planning and project management of the planning, layout and design of the buliding infrastructure required to support large resource developments.
