Construction Manager

The Employer:
This high growth Australian owned company are a multi-disciplinary contractor. They build civil infrastructure projects, commercial building and developments in property.
They have a reputation for looking after their staff and focusing on continual career/personal development. 

The Role:
Due to newly awarded contracts I am looking to recruit a construction manager/operations manager that can manage a team of Project Managers.
The projects that are a mixture of industrial and camp build projects in the resources sector. These projects on average range between $20M and $70M.
Typical projects are pumping stations and the services infrastructure to camps. There is therefore a requirement for a proven leader with exposure to various disciplines.

• You will be working on Tier one mining sites and some of the largest resources projects in Australia.
  
• The successful candidate will be based out of the Perth office, but will be required to go to site as and when it's required. 
  
• You will ensure that you plans and schedules are met for the projects and formalise reporting into the General Manager.
  
• You should be commercially strong and be able to see the bigger picture. Your client interfacing skills will be second to none and being able to motivate the team will be second nature.
