Mining client in Mpumalanga requires an HR Practitioner - Compensation and Benefits.

Successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Housing Management
• Medical Aid management
• Transport Benefit Management
• Payroll input Management
• Overtime Management
• HR Reporting
• Salary and benefits benchmarking
• Assist with wage negotiations
• Job grading and evaluation
• Leave Management
• Allowances Management
• Benefit tax Compliance

Qualifications/Requirements:

• B Com degree or equivalent with the following subjects completed on 3rd year level: Statistics, Financial Management/Accountancy/HR/Personnel Management
• 3 - 5 years compensation and benefits management experience
• Supervisory experience
• Competency in HR systems and related legislation
