Tasks

• Process requests for engineered solution products by establishing recommended selling price, accurate cost estimate and proper lead time. Additional responsibilities include processing of sales orders for engineered solution products; create and maintain material masters; identify source, convert sales order to planned order; coordinate with engineering staff to develop manufacturing and proposal drawings and or specifications.  Interact with sales, customer service and external customers to ensure accuracy of proposals and delivered products.

Requirements

• Position is required to accurately and efficiently process customer quote requests for[Company] . In addition, the candidate must possess good mathematical comprehension, good verbal and written communication skills and be customer service oriented.
• Must possess the ability to interpret blueprints and or customer part prints.
• Must be able to coordinate and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, design, and purchasing groups within KMT.
• Strong PC skills including SAP, MS-Excel, MS-Word.
• High school diploma, 4 year secondary degree.
• 1-5 years in area of specialty in lieu of secondary degree.
