Training and Assessors

Ngarda Civil and Mining boasts a proud 10 years in the mining and construction industry and has rapidly advanced to become the leading employer of Indigenous Australians in WA.  With sustained expansion of our operations, we are currently sourcing experienced Training Assessors to join our onsite team in various locations.

Ngarda is currently seeking a Trainer Assessor to join our team. A commitment to zero harm, teamed with sound work standards, respect for others and initiative are fundamental to our high performance culture.


Essential requirements of the role include:

• Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40110) or equivalent (TAA04) is a must
• Operating experience in D10R, Cat 18AH-16H, Cat 992 loader, Komatsu 630E, Hitachi Ex 1900 and EX 2500
• Ability to participate in a multi-skilled environment.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to enable interaction with both production and maintenance personnel
• The ability to foster a teamwork atmosphere within the work group
• Current driver's licence
• A strong commitment to ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace.
• Sound computing skills
• The ability/aptitude to maintain high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance with mine working procedures.
• Promote Indigenous Australians participation in the workplace
• HR Licence

• 777/785/793 Mechanical Dump truck
• 1250/1260/1900/2500 Hitachi Excavator
• D9/D10/D11 Dozer
• 14GH/16GGH Grader
• 988/992 Loader
• Skid steer loader
• IT loader

If you have competencies for Statement of Attainment in a range of mobile equipment will be advantageous.
