With the highest of knowledge in the marketplace, and with the implementation of the Project Director this Contracting Company will be able to venture even further within the Oil and Gar industry.
The Project Director will be responsible for the total management of a major minerals project in Western Australia. Your responsibilities will include mentoring, motivating and leading staff, building strong project teams, developing client relationships and controlling resources to deliver project outcomes.
To be successful in this role, the Project Director will have outstanding organisational, time management, communication and employee management and leadership skills which will help form a winning team environment that drives and successfully delivers million dollar Projects from commencement to completion. The Project Director must be degree qualified in Engineering, Construction or Project Management, with proven and extensive Project Management experience in large scale civil of SMP construction projects, with a minimum of 10 years experience in a Project Management style position in areas such as plant upgrades, marine construction, heavy fabrication, mining or oil and gas. Furthermore, will inherent effective communication skills with business and commercial exposure.
