Randstad CPE are currently recruiting trade qualified Fitters with significant experience in mining, oil and gas based assembly, commissioning and in a workshop environment.
Due to increased workload several opportunities exist for staff in the southern suburbs. Upon successful completion of a drug screen.
Role details:
- Workshop based environment
- Southern location
- Assignment based role
- Day shift, afternoon shift, plus penalties
- Maintenance and recommissioning
- Manual lathe and mill machining
- Heavy mining machinery/equipment - winders/hydraulics
- High load bearing machinery
- Uncompromised attention to OH&S policies and procedures
The right candidate will possess following criteria:
- Self starter that takes pride in the end result
- Demonstrate a solid awareness of OH&S practices
- Manual machining skills
- Must be trade qualified fitter
- Must possess a high of level mechanical reasoning
- On offer to successful candidates:
- Remuneration negotiable based on experience
- All roles are subject to Randstad’s screening process, which includes a functional capacity test, drug and alcohol screen.
