Senior Production Engineer

An opportunity has presented itself with one of Australia’s major iron ore exporters in South Australia. In order to capitalise on recent increases in the exportation of iron ore, this renowned company is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to join their production team. 
 
Reporting directly to the Site Manager, this position enables you to take an active role in monitoring the production of the newly established mine. Utilising your management skills, you will be responsible for leading a small team of engineers as you work alongside the on-site surveyors and geologists. You will have relevant qualifications in either mining or civil engineering, demonstrating sound experience within the industry.  Ability to use one or more of the following technologies: Surpac, Vulcan, MineSched and X-pac, is a further expectation for this role. 
 
This permanent position will be a FIFO agreement on a 9/5 roster from Adelaide, other points of hire may be negotiated for applicants interested interstate.
