This Australian owned mining company that is heavily investing in its Queensland operations is seeking an experienced Metallurgical Superintendent to work on their Underground Mine.
The role of Metallurgical Superintendent will be to draw on your considerable knowledge of mineral processing, asset management, continuous improvement and contractor management as well as your people and commercial management background in metalliferous mining. You will be able to demonstrate that you have both the desire and ability to look for business improvements across a spectrum of issues and effect change.
The 5 key areas are for this key role are ,development, Drive a modern safety Culture, Metal Accounting systems , Project delivery of technical projects , Providing support to operational teams and Leading a team of specialists.
To be considered, it's essential you are degree qualified in Metallurgical Engineering; have at solid experience in a mineral processing environment with a track record of improvements, an understanding of complex ore bodies and safety leadership.
