This leading gold producer has well established gold mines throughout Australia with a multitude of exciting projects in the pipeline. Currently they are looking for a Control Systems Engineer to join their Electrical Engineering Team located at the mine site in Central West NSW.   

Role:
This residential position has you reporting into the Senior Electrical Engineer on site. You will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the process control and monitoring systems located on site. You will be required to deliver engineering support for the surface control and monitoring systems including DCS, PLC's and SCADA Systems. This will involve day to day management of the control systems, including modifications and loop tuning, and fault resolution. In addition working as part of electrical engineering team you will design, implement and commission the plant process control systems.

Essential to your success are:

• A Degree in Engineering
• A Strong Background in Automation and Process Control
• Experience in a Wide Range of Process Control Instruments
• Experience Working with DCS
• Experience Working with PLC's and SCADA Systems
• Experience in Mining and Minerals Processing
• Strong Problem Solving Skills
• A Willingness and Aptitude to Learn New Skills
• High Level Computer and Microsoft Office Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
