Associate, Manufacturing - Machine Operator

Position Summary

• This is an "A" Shift position typically working Monday - Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• The Associate will be working within the electronic assembly area of the Twinsburg, OH Operations facility.
• Under general supervision performs necessary duties for automated manufacturing of products.
• Requires set up, operating, and maintaining one or more machines or workstations.
• Identifies and corrects quality problems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Certification and at least 18 years of age required.
• Basic reading, writing and computer skills necessary.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and stand and perform repetitive movements for duration of shift. In addition, must be able to reach above shoulder height. Ability to work extended hours and/or days.

Desired Qualifications

• 2 years electronic / surface mount machine experience.
