Chemical Management Technician

Chemical Management Technician Job Description:

• Inventory Management
• Monitor Inventory Levels weekly to insure proper required levels are maintained.
• Will complete all monthly inventory reporting, and send to program manager
• Will work with customer to continually improve inventory levels

Production Process Management:

• Insure that Technical Representatives have been trained on all:
• Customer Work Instruction to do with coolant, washers, and production
• Process Manuals
• Customer and HASS control plans
• Quality Alerts and Concerns
• Coolant Management
• Insure that technical representative completes all testing requirements
• Review all coolant reporting monthly to insure process is meeting control plan requirements
• Insure weekly clean-out schedules are issued to customer personnel.
• Problem solving customer concerns involving coolants.
• Manage and working with coolant suppliers to provide the best all-around service to our customer
• Supervise all new products testing to insure products meet all customer standards and requirements.
• Review all monthly SPC & CPK data
• Insure that the process manual is updated when there are any changes to process.
• Insure weekly/monthly clean-out schedules are issued to customer personnel.
• Insure that all customer quality concerns are corrected in a timely fashion.
• Process Washer Management
• Insure that the process meets all customer requirements
