Development Coordinator - Gate Roads

Our Client is the leading coal producer in Northwest New South Wales. They are committed to the sustainable development of their coal reserves, the safety and wellbeing of their employees and working constructively with local communities. They operate four open cut mines and one underground longwall mine in the region. They currently seek a Development Coordinator - Gate Roads for their underground operation. 

Reporting directly to the Mine Manager you will be responsible for:

• Safety;
• Leadership and management of the overall Gate Roads development systems and processes;
• Management of production and maintenance cycles;
• Achievement of target metres;
• Cost effectiveness.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience in underground mining operations,and you will possess: 

• Statutory qualifications of Third Class (Deputy) Certificate or above;
• Personal qualities of integrity, commitment and teamwork.
