This industry leading global organisation is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Engineer to join their highly successful Head Office Operation. Due to increased market share they are currently looking for an Internal Sales Engineer who will support the Sales Team and client base in the preparation and delivery of tender bids, client quotes, orders and requirements.
 
Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager, in this pivotal role you will be responsible for:

• Providing technical assistance to clients relating to use, operation and maintenance
• All aspects of project administration, such as order placement, review of technical drawings, submission of contractual data etc.
• Preparation and submission of tenders
• Liaising with factory on commercial and technical matters and delivery times
• Coordination of sales and promotional activities

As the ideal candidate you will possess the following key attributes:

• Previous internal sales experience
• Background in Transmission or gearing products/industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be a team player who is willing to go the extra mile
• A Tertiary Qualification in mechanical engineering would be advantageous but is not essential
