Permit Coordinator

Our client is one of the largest EPCM companies in WA. They are currently seeking a Permit Coordinator, for their permit and isolation process. As a leading EPCM our client has some of the largest resource projects in WA and strives to provide a safe and professional environment for all employees. 

Key Responsibilities: 
As the Permit Coordinator the role will include the following responsibilities: 

• Ensure that contractor permit requests are received and logged into the Permit Register 
• Ensure all contractor work permits are issued, and follow the procedures set in place by the client 
• Manage daily sign on and off of contract personnel according to procedure 
• Liaising with the area Superintendent 
• Follow the clients HSE policy and procedures 
• Produce monthly reports to the client 

Key Requirements: 

• Certificate 4 in OH&S 
• Experience in reading Electrical/Mechanical drawings 
• Hold relevant high risk licences 
• Electrical licence preferable 
• Experience as supervisor/leading hand
