About the Role
Due to rapid client growth they are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to assist with the smooth running and operations of their various contracts. Based in their Kwinana Offices, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational and financial performance of the contracts, as well as, ensuring that contractual KPI’s are met and all services are provided in accordance with the organisations and clients policies and procedures.
Duties/ Responsibilities
Creating P&L’s, monitoring cash flow and producing month end reports
Manage and mentor the Accounts Assistant and ensuring all the finances and reports are up to standard
Monitoring policies and procedures as well as identifying areas where improvements can be made
Ensuring contractual obligations are being meet and adhered to
Experience/ Skills
- Minimum 2 years in a contract or operational based position
- Strong understanding of accounts functions and budgeting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with JDE would be highly desired
