Mine Supervisor - FIFO

This Top Tier Mining House has grown to multiple sites over the last few years and is currently under several expansion projects. Due to growth within their existing on site team, they require several Mine Supervisors to fly in and out from their site based in the Pilbara, Western Australia. Most important to the role is your demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage an onsite team in a mining environment.


Your key responsibilities will include:

• Management of day to day production activities
• Managing a team of 20 - 40 Mining Operators
• Ensure production levels are achieved in a safe and efficient manner
• Provide day to day leadership and participate in performance review process of the team
• Responsible for crew adherence to all safety policies and procedures

To be successful you will have:

You will be able to demonstrate previous experience leading a large team within a mining environment and demonstrate experience in operating Caterpillar machinery. You will be able to coach, mentor and train team members and have the ability to cope with a fast paced environment & adapt well to change.
