Sales Audit Administrator
Position Summary:
- Process tickets from eight points of sales entered by various company quarries throughout NTX/OK.
- Support Sales Coordinator with determining tax-ability of orders and customers; support Scale Clerks at POS with all areas of applications; balance daily reports from POS; prepare tickets for billing; release tickets; provide related invoicing assistance; and process credit and corrections on Seltec.
- Maintain all files of actual copies of certificates for all accounts for the NTX/OK district; maintain in-house log of sales tax exemption forms, cash sales reconciliation, and SOX compliance reconciliation reporting.
- Additional duties include back up for Office Manager/front desk during absences and sales/production reports as needed.
- Additional duties as requested.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years related experience
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Experience with JDE, Seltec, MS Office (Excel/Word)
- Keen attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and strong organizational skills
- Proven customer service focus
