Desktop Support Analyst

[Company] . is currently seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for the Denver office. Work in a team environment providing computer provisioning and deployment services with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:

• Installation, configuration and deployment of Windows 7.
• Basic desktop/laptop hardware installation and troubleshooting
• User state migrations
• Application installation and support
• Printer and plotter maintenance and support

This position will be supporting local and remote users and may require occasional travel.

Requirements:

• BA/BS or two years additional experience
• 3 years recent experience providing user –facing systems support
• Experience with MS Office, Windows XP and Windows 7
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs.

Desirable Skills:

• Incident Management using ticketing system such as BMC Remedy
• Experience troubleshooting virus/malware issues
• Experience supporting users in remote offices via phone, email and IM
• Installation and support of engineering applications such as AutoCAD and ArcGIS
• Familiarity with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager for OS Deployment
• Relevant certifications
