Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): 3rd Period Apprentice, 4th Period Apprentice
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Type of Instrument Experience: Electrical, Mechanical
Type of Industry Experience: Industrial instruments servicing, Refineries and gas plants, Mining and smelting
Specific Skills: Repair and adjust system components, Calibrate components and instruments, Determine testing and maintenance procedures
Additional Skills: Read blueprints, Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work, Complete test and maintenance reports, Logical approach for troubleshooting
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence, Willing to travel
Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Steel-toed safety boots, Gloves
