We are the big Coal Mining and Shipping Company which has more than 1500 workers, now is inviting professional workers for  :

Kalimantan Tengah


Requirements:
  • Male/Female,
  • Max 35 years old
  • Holding min Bachelor Degree(S1) at Law, Psychology and Management  from reputable University
  • Understanding recruitment, selection and placement prosess,
  • Understanding about people organization development, industrial relation, comphensation and benefit
  • Understanding and acquiring manpower laws and rules
  • Understanding  general affair system
  • Willing  to be placed at Central Kalimantan
  • Have experience as HRD Superintendent/Supervisor for at least 3 years (Preferable)
  • Experienced of working in mining company (Preferable)
