HSE Advisor

Client:
Our client is an internationally renowned Engineering & Project Delivery consultancy who provide specialized engineering & project management solutions to the resources industry. As a result of strong workflow across its Alumina sites in Pinjarra, Kwinana & Huntley, they now require a HSE Advisor to join the team.

This role will require the successful candidate to work across the 3 sites regularly. 

Requirements
  • Preferably 4 years + experience as a HSE Advisor with formal OHS qualifications
  • Previous mining, heavy industrial or construction experience
  • A track record in personnel training, development of construction training packages and implementation of site inductions and audits
  • Development of toolbox topics and awareness training a key requirement
  • Excellent knowledge of site safety processes associated to mining or heavy industrial projects
  • Excellent reporting and communication skills
  • Solid reporting capabilities and high initiative
