Mechanical/Structural Designer

Client:
Our client is a leading multi disciplinary Engineering consultancy who provides specialized and innovative services across major resources and materials handling projects. Currently involved in exciting precious metals, iron ore and coal projects, a fantastic opportunity exists for a Mechanical/Structural Designer to join the Perth team.

Requirements:
  • 4 - 8 years experience as a Mechanical/Structural Designer with formal drafting qualifications essential
  • A track record in the design drafting of bulk materials handling & minerals processing plant structures. Heavy industrial experience also required
  • Previous EPCM mining experience a strong advantage
  • Strong experience utilising AutoCAD 3D & Prosteel software packages required
  • Excellent team skills & the willingness to learn multiple phases of project lifecycles
  • Strong communication skills & decision making capabilities
Attractive long term position, opportunity to be exposed to multiple areas of projects & offices located just outside of Perth CBD.
