Backed with a large departmental budget, you will have complete control of the geology teams - exploration & development as well as mining operations - so you can hold a direct influence in how best to take the business forward inline with your own and the companies goals and targets.  


The role would suit a results driven geology manager within a well respected mid-tier miner who is looking to move to a real powerhouse alternatively a general manager responsible for a sole mining operation within a larger organisation.
