Our client is looking to invest in the right individual to join their growing estimating team. This is an established Toronto based General Contractor that is known for its quality of work, respect for the sub-trades and has positioned itself well for expansion in 2012 and the years to come.

To qualify for this opportunity the applicant must have experience with the following:

• Have successfully closed a range of related projects
• Proven successful in working in a team
• A network of Established and Reliable Sub-Trades built on a foundation of Trust
• Projects include: retail development, schools, government institutions, commercial facilities
• A history of successful bids on Lump Sum, Budgets for C/M Proposals, and some Design Build Experience is an asset
