Our client has an immediate requirement for experienced underground mobile fitters in Central West, NSW. These are permanent/residential positions which give you the opportunity to be at home every night.
Candidates must have previous experience working in an underground hard rock mining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successful candidates will be responsible for the maintenance of mobile plant machinery.
- Reporting to the mine mechanical manager you will be responsible for providing maintenance and improvements to under ground mobile plant machinery.
- Successful candidates must have:
- Previous under ground experience.
- A recognised trade qualification.
- Experience in maintaining under ground fixed plant machinery. Preferably working on Elphenstone, CAT and Tamrocks machinery
- A current Australian driving licence.
- Previous experience of working in a confined space environment.
