Account Manager | Technical Sales | Mining & Industrial

In this role you will be dealing with a range of products that have a captive market, as this company has established market share that makes it the clear leader in the region. In conjunction with these market leading products, there are other product solutions that can see you developing revenue streams allowing for ongoing business growth. You will be given a generous Base Salary of between $75,000 and $85,000 + Super + a Fully Maintained Company Vehicle + a very aggressive Commission Scheme. In addition to the financial rewards on offer, you will be given the opportunity to advance yourself professionally, taking advantage of the opportunities to grow and develop as the business does.

What you will be doing:  
As an Account manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in and around the Bowen Basin and building long term relationships with your clients in order to secure repeat business. As the champion of a range of product lines, you will also provide technical expertise and knowledge to your client base. You will be reporting to the National Sales Manager and working in a highly autonomous fashion with all the support and resources that you need to be successful.

What you must have to apply for this role:

• A proven track record of sales success in a business to business sales environment.
• A well developed technical aptitude
• The ability to interact with a wide range of decision makers.     

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

• A relevant trade/tertiary qualification in and around the engineering space. 
• Previous exposure or experience dealing in and around the conveyor industry.
