What you will be doing:
 
In this highly growth oriented role you will be charged with:

• Leading the project quantity surveying function
• Analysis & review of Quantity Man-hour reports and Earned Value progress  for site acceptance
• Identification and preparation of changes to scope of work and any contractor claims that result
• Gathering, analysing and presenting of quantity and cost data into EPCM systems

Who you will be doing it for:
This global EPCM is a major force in the mining space in Australia, which since 2008 has continued to grow while their competition has contracted. Based in Perth and with offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Adelaide, this large consultancy has been chosen as the preferred EPCM for more than $15B in works over the next five years by their clients.
 
To apply for this role you must have:

• A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying position with direct exposure and experience on projects in mining with a focus on bulk earthworks
• Excellent level of communication skills 
• Proven experience in the management of contracts and contractors

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

• 5+ years experience in a Quantity Surveying position in mining
• 3+ years experience with an EPCM
