My client, one of the top mining companies in South Africa is looking for driven, mature and dedicated qualified CA(SA) with mining experience . The suitable candidate for this position will be based in Mpumalanga or otherwise willing to relocate. Some of your duties will include: Active member of the management team and participate in key decisions Provide strategic vision including fostering and cultivating relationships with Advisory Boards, all Senior Managers and Customers, Oversee production of monthly reports including financial statements, cash flow projections, debt and equity financing if needed, banking covenants, understand and mitigate key elements of company's risk profile, coordinate annual audit with external auditors, Develop Finance staff and other senior/department managers on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters, develop and maintain key performance indicators and conduct analysis to enhance management reporting.
